It all starts with strength and conditioning. This is the perfect class for all levels of experience. It is a well rounded conditioning class that touches base of all muscle groups in 45 minutes. The class will consist of use with dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, resistance bands, and your own body weight. Be sure to bring your water, a towel, and a friend.

$35/month for 4 Classes or $10 per class

Strengthen Your Core on Wednesdays (TBD)

This is a core focused class, specifically for all of the abdominals. Everything that you do in this class will be centered around working through the upper and lower abdominals and obliques. Some movements will be similar and some will be new to you. Either way, this 30 minute HIIT workout will surely have you thinking twice about what you eat in a day.

Training Packages

Available Upon Request

Personal training packages and Small Group Training is an option for those who would like to have a more personalized experience with their workouts. A consultation must be scheduled and completed prior to discussing any training packages. All sessions for one-on-one personal training packages and small group sessions are either 45 minutes or 1 hour long.
